Note: The iOS app lets you control other devices from your iPhone or iPad. Due to iOS restrictions, remote control of your iPhone/iPad screen isn't possible from any device. If you need help with your iPhone or iPad, Klaravex AI will guide you step-by-step over a voice call instead.

After installing

  1. Open RustDesk and go to Settings → Network → ID / Relay Server.
  2. Set the ID Server and Relay Server to the address below.
  3. Paste the Key into the Key field.
  4. Share your RustDesk ID and temporary password with Klaravex AI in the chat — the AI joins your screen and fixes it, with you confirming each step.
