iPhone and iPad work differently. Apple does not allow any app to control your phone remotely — for your safety. What we can do: see your screen while your technician talks you through it on the phone. You tap; we guide. Most problems are solved in 2–3 minutes this way.
No screen-share? No problem. Tell your technician you’d rather walk through it together — we do iPhone troubleshooting over the phone every day.
Computer: open the downloaded file. Windows is already set up — click Allow if asked. Mac: drag RustDesk to Applications, open it, approve Screen Recording and Accessibility when prompted. Phone: follow the in-app steps above.
