Stay on the phone with your technician. Choose your device below, follow the steps, and we will be connected in seconds. Nothing installs permanently — the helper removes itself when the session ends.

Step 1 · Pick your device

Windows is one click — the file is already configured. Mac is a quick install plus two permissions.

Not sure which Mac? Apple menu → About This Mac. “Apple M1/M2/M3/M4” = Apple Silicon.

Install our helper from the Play Store, then your technician walks you through one permission. Full remote help works the same as a computer.

After install:
  1. Open the app → menu (top-left) → ID/Relay Server
  2. ID Server & Relay Server: 178.105.84.32
  3. Key: D7BrbrWQDesAj1zLf18Vj+JUYKgwsAmH5iW2zNd0ScI=
  4. Back → tap Start Service → allow Screen Capture and Accessibility when prompted (this is what lets us help)
  5. Read your ID and one-time password to your technician

iPhone and iPad work differently. Apple does not allow any app to control your phone remotely — for your safety. What we can do: see your screen while your technician talks you through it on the phone. You tap; we guide. Most problems are solved in 2–3 minutes this way.

After install:
  1. Open the app → menu → ID/Relay Server

  4. Back → tap Start broadcast → in the popup pick RustDesk BroadcastStart broadcast
  5. Read your ID and one-time password to your technician — they will see your screen and guide you by voice

No screen-share? No problem. Tell your technician you’d rather walk through it together — we do iPhone troubleshooting over the phone every day.

Step 2 · Open / start the helper

Computer: open the downloaded file. Windows is already set up — click Allow if asked. Mac: drag RustDesk to Applications, open it, approve Screen Recording and Accessibility when prompted. Phone: follow the in-app steps above.

Step 3 · Read us your code

The helper shows Your ID and a one-time password. Read both to your technician and we will connect. You will see everything we do, and you can press STOP at any time.
